What is coroplast panel?
Coroplast panel is made of Polypropylene (PP) copolymer, also known as PP corrugated sheet, corrugated polypropylene sheet, Corflute, polionda, cartonplast sheet, Correx, Coroplast, PP board, Flute board, Twin Wall Sheet, Core Flute, Corriboard, infraboard, Polyflute and so on.
It is an ideal material for packaging, advertising, construction and agriculture use.
When the coroplast panel is used for packaging, it can be used directly as a packaging board, or it can be made into a box to transport or store products, or it can be made into a plastic layer pad, which is also used to store or transport some products.
When polyflute sheets are used for packaging panels, the most commonly used thickness is 2-4mm. When used as a packaging box, the most commonly used board thickness is 3mm-5mm. When used as a partition, the most commonly used thickness is 3-5mm. The thickness we can achieve is 2-12mm, as long as it is within this range, we can customize it for customers.

Applications of coroplast panels:
1. The coroplast sheet can replace corrugated cardboard, wood board, metal board, etc. as packaging materials, and it is also the most ideal packaging material on the market.
2. Coroplast sheets can be made into coroplast packaging boxes, food packaging boxes, parts packaging boxes, precision instrument turnover boxes, backing sheets and partitions for packaging electronic components, etc.
3. The pp hollow board can also be used as an industrial board. It can be used as a protective umbrella, cushion board, shelf, partition, bottom board, cross-board, etc. for various items or objects.
4. The hollow board can be made into the anti-static coroplast board, flame-retardant pp hollow board, conductive coroplast board, to avoid static electricity and fire damage to the products in the box, and to minimize losses.
5. Coroplast boards can also be applied to back panels of washing machines, cars, water heaters, children's vehicles, etc.
