Our factory covers an area of more than 15,000 square meters. Now we have 6 advanced production lines with full sets of auxiliary machines
running 2 shifts every day. There are more than 150 employees in company, 18 management personal, 6 R&D Personnel, 19 sales personal, and 101 skilled workers. Now the output is up to 15,000 tons per year.

(1) 11 Corrugated Plastic Sheets Production lines
Huiyuan currently has 11 corrugated plastic sheet production lines, the widths of production lines include 1800mm, 1900mm, 2300mm, 2600mm and 2700mm.
The 1800mm wide production line produces sheets with a maximum width of 1700mm.
The 1900mm wide production line produces sheets with a maximum width of 1800mm.
The 2300mm wide production line produces sheets with a maximum width of 2200mm.
The 2600mm wide production line produces boards with a maximum width of 2500mm.
The 2700mm wide production line produces boards with a maximum width of 2600mm.
(2) Other types of equipment
We also have 3 printers, 15 press cutting machines, 9 binding flat wire machines, 7 binding rivet machines, 12 ultrasonic welding machines, 4 3D automatic sample machines, 3 edge-sealed machines, 3 punching machines, etc.

The company has about 150 employees, covers an area of 10,000 square meters, has complete production equipment, 6 domestic automatic production lines, and multiple printing equipment, specializing in the production of PP hollow boards, corrugated shipping boxes, corrugated plastic packaging boxes, corrugated advertising boards, and more than 380 varieties of products.
