1.Check the surface of the anti-static hollow board directly with your eyes
When checking directly with your eyes, you only need to see whether the surface of the anti-static coroplast sheet is smooth, clean and tidy. because fake anti-static coroplast sheets are sprayed with anti-static oil, which often leaves a layer of oil stains, and the distribution of oil stains is uneven, in addition, the real anti-static coroplast board must have a uniform surface and a little luster.
2.Another way is to measure directly.
Use an anti-static instrument to measure the anti-static index of the anti-static coroplast sheets. If it is a fake esd coroplast board, the measured anti-static index has a large fluctuation range. However, no matter how many times the real esd coroplast board is measured, the anti-static index is uniform and the fluctuation range is relatively small.
